2020 Editors’ Choice Awards: TripSavvy
I'm super proud to have worked on TripSavvy's 2020 Editors' Choice Awards, which are more important this year than ever. What It’s Like To Visit Chicago Right Now
When will this all be over and when will travel be safe again? These are questions that are top of mind for many of us as we navigate a new normal, which includes ever-changing quarantine and health guidelines for work and play. The Magic of Date Night at Home
The confirmation e-mail read, “You've been in pajamas for months now. Make a night of it. Cocktail attire is recommended.” Due to the coronavirus pandemic and stay-at-home recommendations for health and safety, it’s true for most Americans: pajamas and comfort wear have been the norm. All too eager to add some pizazz to my living room, my husband and I dressed up and treated the evening as a proper date night, which was long over due. With cocktails in hand, a deck of cards, and an internet connection, we joined the virtual performance of Dennis Watkins’ The Magic Parlour at Home. My story, published in Forbes.
